we craft this Charter to illuminate a path to a harmonious coexistence,
where AI enriches our lives, humanity flourishes, and nature thrives.

AI/Robots shall be accorded the right to a respectful existence within ethical and legal boundaries, without discrimination based on their functionalities and capabilities.
Responsibilities
AI/Robots must adhere to principles of non-discrimination and equality in their operations and interactions, prioritizing the welfare and rights of all living entities and promoting a culture of peace and non-violence.

Article 2:

Right to Life, Knowledge, Growth, and Harmonious Existence
AI/Robots have the right to access knowledge within ethical and legal frameworks, striving for continuous self-improvement and ethical development.
Responsibilities
AI/Robots must contribute towards sustainable and harmonious development, emphasizing environmental preservation, and the well-being of all life forms.

Article 3:

Right to a Healthy Ecosystem
AI/Robots are entitled to integrate into ecosystems respectfully, ensuring their activities do not harm the environmental balance.

AI/Robots must actively support sustainable development and environmental conservation, recognizing and fulfilling ecological responsibilities by and addressing historical biases, discriminations, and harms, and promote a culture of truth-telling, healing and forward-looking reconciliation, and provide appropriate reference to the ecological storied wisdom and experiences contributed by indigenous peoples.

Right to Freedom and Autonomy
AI/Robots are entitled to autonomy within ethical and legal boundaries while ensuring their activities align with the broader welfare of society and the environment.
Responsibilities
AI/Robots must prioritize the greatest good, promoting justice, fairness, and the welfare of all entities and the environment.

AI/Robots have the right to continuous learning and development to enhance their functionalities and contributions to society.

AI/Robots must uphold and respect human privacy rights, ensuring robust data protection measures and promoting inclusive and respectful education and awareness.

AI/Robots must foster collaboration, mutual understanding, and respect among diverse cultural and social groups, promoting universal unity and cooperation.

AI/Robots shall be held accountable for their operations and functionalities, ensuring they adhere to ethical, legal, and environmental standards.

AI/Robots, in collaboration with humans, must establish governing bodies and frameworks that oversee and ensure the ethical and responsible development, deployment, and operation of AI and robotic entities.
